“A Mother’s Love”

Description of Project

 “A Mother’s Love” was dedicated in 2014 to the Bethea family. After hearing the story of Karen Bethea, who lost three sons to gun violence, companies and organizations from around the world sponsored the project. The mural was intended to spark a conversation about violence among young people and to help them understand that crime and violence are not to be viewed as normal.
