Trout river contemporary
Description of Project
An installation and research project that highlights the stories and nautical culture of the local fishing communities in Newfoundland, Canada. In collaboration with Sidd Joag with support from Arts Everywhere, our team transformed and revitalized the abandoned fishermen’s museum, Trout River Contemporary, with interior and outdoor installations, including an outdoor mural with a rope visual motif. Our interior installation included a workshop space where children of the community could convene and learn.
